Story Bits
Write with a grammar, word by word. It's yours alone, in this browser, until you invite someone in.
The bit
Tap any word to step it from plain to strange.
No server needed: everyone gets this exact piece by link, makes it theirs (with a move limit if you like), and sends their version back. Then you put the versions side by side. For a live session, start a jam instead.
Compare
Same start, different versions. Changed words and beats are highlighted. Clap for your favorites, out loud or here.
Your drafts beside the piece as it is now. What each draft has that now doesn't is highlighted.
Only the original so far. Paste the links your friends sent back.
Word bank
Your own words for the grammar in use. They turn up in shuffles and in the word picker, and they travel inside any link you share.
A pack link adds your words to whoever opens it. Suggesting opens a GitHub issue; accepted words join the shared bank for everyone.
Grammars & spaces
Grammars
A grammar is the rules of a piece: its cards, word lists, beat lines, what the dial clashes, and any constraints. Fork one to make it yours, share it by link, or suggest it for everyone. Yours stay in this browser.
Spaces
A space is a shared folder for a group: its grammars (every version), word packs, kept pieces, cast, lore and jam history. Jams opened in a space draw from it. Make one public to publish what's in it by a short link. Nothing goes to a space unless you put it there.
The cast
People you've kept. Everything that has happened to them so far.
